Cold food old chicken

Hi i wanted to let you know that my husband &i were traveling from coffs harbour to newcastle on friday 7th oct and called in to the taree service centre to have some kfc and was very dissapointed with the food there we ordered the signature burger meals & 4 extra pieces. The burgers were cold very dry &the bacon was not cooked on either one the cheese was nearly all off my husbands. Very dissapointed then the pieces were 1 not cooked properly 2 were very old tasted like day old chicken reheated and the last piece was very dry and hard no moisture at all i dont ussually complain but this was terrible we wont be eating there in the future thank you for your time kay
