Rude, Arrogant and Disgraceful Food

If you're ever after food in North Adelaide do yourself a favour and stay well away from this sleazy place... North Adelaide Burger Bar.
I went there with my husband and young son and when I went up to order the sleazy looking guy (some sort of mediteranean looking) looked me uo and down then stared at my crutch and said "so what sort of burger are we having tonight gorgeous?" To this I asked what he meant and he winked and looked at my son and said "want another one of them? I'll give you one". I called my husband over and my son was quite distressed as he could see something was clearly wrong and we ended up leaving peacefully rather than making a scene. My husband was going to go back and sort him out (being a lot bigger build and also an ex boxer I know who my money would've been on) however I talked him out of it and thankfully he's a great Dad and wanted to make sure he set a good example for is young boy.
Ive since found out that this is not the first time that clients have been mistreated at this cheap eatery... also with their burgers, chips, fish, yiros, they seem to be experts at nothing but want to cver all bases. When we mentioned our experience to our accommodation house up the road (who were simply amazing and helped us so much) they said they weren't surprised and said they often warn people not to go to the North Adelaide Burger Bar. Unfortunately we didn't find that out till too late. They said they have an extremely bad reputation not only for being rude and having bad food but also for overcharging people on purpose and also for being a health risk. They apparently are well known for having filthy kitchens with rats etc often seen running about.

Whatever you do, save yourself the horrible experience and don't use the North Adelaide Burger Bar on O'Connell St North Adelaide.
