A Goodwill Carrier is a ripoff.they will smash your belongings then when you go to claim your insurance back they ignore you. We were only asking for replacement of HALF of what they smashed of our stuff and they kept saying they would get back to us but after months of chasing them they completely ignored us. They first admitted they did it, their drivers and staff know they did it, but then they do a turn about and tell you it was YOUR fault. How could it be OUR fault?? We didnt do anything except pay them to smash our belongings. The only GOODWILL is to themselves!!

They are renowned for this behaviour..I have found many others with the same compaints.

WHATEVER YOU DO DONT USE A GOODWILL CARRIER Gold Coast FURNITURE REMOVALISTS.THEY WILL SMASH YOUR BELONGINGS AND GRAB YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!! YOU WILL THEN NEVER HEAR BACK FROM THEM.
