Airchina worst Air Line you can ever travel with. Rude staff and extremely unorganized system.
I had flight with them from Sydney to Beijin then from Beijin to Frankfurt.they had 3 hours delay in Sydney that caused I lost my connection. They promised next flight which was 12 hours later. I accepted no choice. after 12 hours waiting they took me out of the airplain with very bad attitude like criminal without explanation. and hold me in airport for another 12 hours.
They cant speak english at all even the Manager is so rude.they dont provide any services for they fault.and worst things is their attitude. They ignore you like its normal and you are their prisoner..Please Please stop flying with this airline.
My trip took 3 days and I was supposed to attend wedding and got to germany so tired.
