Taking money from my credit accout without asking

I joined this dating site back in May it was free. After a short time I told them I was stopping as I changed my mind. They then weeks later took out $23400. on the 31st May without asking. When I contacted them they said NO refunds. I told them I had cancelled everything but they don't read or want to understand. I told them again that I do not wish to have anything to do with them, which I haven't had any contact at all with them since May. Then on November 30th they took another $234.00 out again. I don't know how to contact them anymore. I want my money back.
Unfortunatly I have deleated the e mails I sent them as I thought I was finished with them
