Unauthorised charges

I did not give authorization for this company to charge my card each month which they have.
It was a Free Trial offer but a $1.99 shipping cost for each of these products which was deducted from my credit card - I did not give authorization for this company to charge my card each month which they did. I have returned the trial products because they caused a rash on my face. I have also sent emails and tried phoning the numbers but without success, I can't even leave a message. I feel totally scammed by this company!!!
