Goods not received

My account keeps getting debitted each month and i am not receiving goods. hydraxtone on my credit card statement as at 20/06 as at 22/07 has not been received by me. also bellaplex cream = how do you dipense it? container is around 4" long and dispenser is about half inch long so can't dispense ceam!!! useless. i wish to cancel any further order. kerri g boylan address 20 orleans drive port kennedy western australia 6172. you may also wish to know i tried phoning you on 22/07 only to find your phone has been disconnected. please cancel any orders and do not debit my a/c again as i am going to close that account
