Puppy scam

I was trying to buy a puppy from a man who said he was in Aberdeen he said he had retested the puppy with the address
And I needed to pay one hundred pounds I did pay and then I had a message from the pet carriers to say I had to pay £200
For insurance and I would get the £200 back on receipt of puppy being delivered to my address,
I was going to pay western union but when I rung them they said that I should be carefully as the name and address is on a scam list, she told me to check online at puppy scam and I did this name is plastered all over the scam lists. So I suspect I have lost my hundred pound, but I will not lose another £200 pound
