MBcontact / The Movie Downloads
Excess payment taken / service not provided

I registered and paid for a three year subscription for unlimitted movie downloads.
The money has been taken from my account but the service is being provided.
I have contacted the site via its web support page and received a reply. but there is no such web page to the links I have been given. Upon searching for MBcontact through google I have foumd many other complaints regarding this company taking the payments, usually more than stated and then never being contactable.
I would like my money returned in full ASAP.
I have contacted my banks VISA department and begun the complaints proccess.
I now have to go the branch in person to cancell my card to prevent anymore theft from my account by this group that your company sponsors.
Please contact me ASAP to resolve this problem.
