FAULTY DISCS NOT REPLACED

Ordered set of 24 discs which arrived quite promptly. 4 discs would not work. Contacted company who sent email stating that they would replace faulty discs. The last email was 30 Oct stating they were just waiting for their suppliers. Since then they have not replied to any emails nor have I receive the replacement discs. Having read the complaints about this company I suppose I should be grateful that I at least got 20 of the discs in working order without Chinese subtitles! I noticed that the sender was in Shanghai as was a little worried when I got the original parcel! After the deafening silence about the faulty discs, however, I will NOT be ordering anything else from them.
