I am absolutely astounded at Channel 7's contempt for Queensland AFL supporters. To not show live, an AFL Preliminary Final is beyond belief. This is total contempt for viewers. Does anyone at Channel 7 actually give a damn. Maybe you could get the sunrise team to do a quick news story about lack of coverage with a few wise cracks and a bit of a laugh at the end. Everything should be fine then.
I had become a fan of Channel seven over the last few years but like many I know - its becoming boring. If its all about ratings and you want to win time slots then AFL AFL AFL. Its the finals!!!
If you aint interested in televising then dont bid for the rights too!
