OUR COMPANY IS TAKING FEES EVERY MONTH

I tried to cancel my agreement with your company in May 2025 via BOQ.
I was informed that I needed to return the EFT machine to any Branch. I went to Perth 425km away and tried to give it to the Mandurah branch. They refused to accept it.
After a conversation with BOQ and then FISERV I was expecting a return authority to send it back to your company. This has never happened.
In the meantime you have been taking a fee each month from my account.
The last valid payment was made by me on 2.6.25 for $338.77
The total amount you owe me is 4 monthly payments of $60.50 = $242.00
I expect a speedy resolution of this and my money refunded
