Netmigration
Bad service

I've obtained the services of Netmigration to assist me in obtaining permanent residency in Australia in 2006. I've paid them toughly R20, 000 for their services.

Three years down the line and I've not yet lodged the application. This delay was mainly due to the following:
- Netmigration struggled 18 months to obtain my unabridged marriage certificate. I've eventually given up on them (after contacting them numerous times over this period) and contacted the Dept of Home Affairs myself, only to find Netmigration did not submit the request for this certificate. I've subsequently obtained this certificate without their assistance.
- I've tried to contact Netmigration numerous (10) times either by telephone or by e-mail and none of my messages were answered.

Dealing with Netmigration was an absolute mightmare to me. This was by far the worst service I've EVER received from a company and is ironic as I've paid them R20, 000 for this...

I would like to warn people out there who want to make use of an agent to assist in obtaining an overseas visa or permit: DO NOT USE NETMIGRATION. You will only be dissapointed and frustrated.
