Presistent calling

I have received calls on the phone about special rates for hotels in aust & nz. They were indian speaking accent and admitted calling from India. They gave me an ABN No. of BN 22096735 which I believe is not a valid number. I was to send them $99 in return for the brouchers of the HotelBargains website. I spoke to 3 different people on the last call. I have said to them to not ring again but doesn't seem to work. Is there someone who can do something about these scammers?
