Stolen money

In june i went to london for three months while over there i used a pay phone in brighton once to call australia and i used the internet at the train and airport a couple of times so im not certain when this happenned but i have been back in australia for about a month now and some one called bbg communcations london has debited my account for $77.64 which i cant understand because the internet was paid for as you use it. the only thing i can think of is the brighton phone call which was only about 5 mins long max i done know who to call and ask about this injustice. im a 19 year old girl worked three jobs to get over to england just to see my family i knew overseas calling was expensive but this is really over the top and also the fact its been about two months since that happened if anyone can help or explain or get me in contact with bbg that would be much obliged.
