Rude & Obnoxious Storekeeper

Beware of storekeeper Angela, she is rude, abrupt & completely obnoxious !! Unfortunately i had already put my order through online & needed to convey some special delivery instructions for my friend, Angela chose to ignore all my messages & when i eventually rang her to get some feedback about my concerns for successful delivery & some other issues she rudely & sarcastically fobbed me off! She also hung up on me twice as she did not have the time nor the inclination to talk to me about said concerns !! Then the day of my friend's birthday arrived & by the end of her birthday I realised that no flowers had been delivered at all even though I paid a hefty $25 local delivery fee !! When i messaged Angela about this she just messaged back " they were delivered " & that was it, end of conversation. The next morning I found out that nothing had been delivered to my friend for her birthday so that opportunity to try & brighten up her day had been totally missed after paying $125 in total for this supposed service! After numerous messages & phone calls with absolutely nil response my friend who should have received the flowers ended up having to ring & enquire about them herself! She was just told the flowers are on the way with nil explanation nor apology at all! When I then rang Angela for an explanation & apology she hung up on me !! Then I called again, after ranting about my friend finally receiving the flowers in her mind there was no need for an explanation, apology or partial refund of any kind, she did not hear what I had to say about it all & refuted any claim that she had to provide any of the above explanation, apology or partial refund, another hang up ensued !! This Angela person should not be working in retail AT ALL! NOT Under any Circumstances!! She is the most rudest, obnoxious Sharp-Tongued person I have ever spoken to & if she is by unlucky chance the actual manager of that shop then should resign & let someone with actual people skills take over & they would be 1000% more successful at it !!
You have been warned, do a search for reviews "Petals on the Plaza Reviews" & you will see for yourself the multitude of one star reviews I saw for myself stemming back for years & years, seems she keeps moving from shop to shop in different locations like Caringbah & just one name keeps appearing in the numerous complaints, "Angela" !
Save your money, time & stress & do not give away your hard earned & PreciouS money to her !!
