1000 photos printed 500 blurred

2 Digital Photo disks taken to Formula Pharmacy, 378 Canning Hwy, Bicton 6157, Ph: 08 9339 5158. Sent for printing at QFL 1 set requested & stated on envelope "from apple mac computer. Aprox 450 photos on disks. Back came 1000, over 1/2 blurred or 3rd prints of originals. Paid for all as was asked & took home to sort out & return to pharmacy. QFL rang & rudely told me that they just opened the 3 files on the disks & printed them all out & refused to refund any monies. Pharmacist, Mr Lopresti spoke to the printer but he still refused. I had sent disks 2 years ago through the same pharmacist & the same thing had happened so had told them of the previous problem-1 good photo &1 blurred so they had put the note on the disk envelope.
