Inch long piece of plastic found in cigarette

I am from a small city in Australia and i am 18 (legal age for smoking and drinking in Australia) and i recently found a inch or so long piece of plastic rolled up in a Marlboro cigarette and i am extremely dissatisfied with their quality control.
> i have several high quality pictures of the cigarette and i would like to get a contact in the actual Marlboro company to talk to me. i have tried to log on to the Marlboro website directly but cannot as i am not 21.
