Dear AUSU service provider. In reference to the return of the battery pack for my Ausu Laptop, I received your emails reference as to the procedure to follow. I have no way of converting a pdf file and explained this to the female driver who called to pick-up the package. She was extremely obliging and took from her vehicle a con-note and in my house filled in the con-note which she asked me to sign.
On Thursday I received a nasty telephone call from a male employee of Australia courier who told in no uncertain terms that I had sent the package incorrectly and that the female driver had no right to provide me with a con-note. I’m not an idiot and do not wish to be treated as one. I intend to advise, Harvey Norman in person, the retail manager Hobart, where I purchased the faulty product, and Australia Air Express “Qantas”. Regards Paul Jewell.
