Fraudulent Billing

I received my credit card statment today and noticed a $79.99 charge in reference to (datesnow pty.) I did not subscribe to this company nor have any reason to. I have tried to find a web site for them and or a phone number all to no avail.

I would like to know how this occured and want it stopped immediatly. A refund would also be nice. I appreciate your attenion in this matter.
