Unable to Redeem Vouche

When I tried to redeem voucher just prior to purchase date, rejection was "voucher invalid". Several attemps were made to contact MYPhotoBox. No reply. Left phone number and email address. Attempted to address problem with CUDO, only answer was "unable to help because it was past the due date for the voucher" This was also while I had contacted and asked for a reply from them while the voucher was still valid. In fairness they credited the amount back into THEIR account, CUDO for me to use at a later date. Two things, they should have been in touch with MyPhotoBox to have them redeem a voucher in order for me to get the album which I had spent a considerable amount of time doing or at least credit me back the purchase amount. I have unsubscribed to CUDO and am telling anyone about my experience who will listen.
