I was shocked when i opened the real estate guide in my local newspaper to discover my house listed for sale by ray white ashgrove the gap. as i own the property outright and dont have a mortgage i knew it could not be a mistake . so i called ray white ashgrove the gap and told them i was intrested in purchasing the property i was told it had allready been sold. it turns out the greek rat was falsely advertising my home for sale so he could divert inquiries to new house and land package deals he was marketing.
