Experience horrible. Felt like i was not a client

My first recording and terrible. I wanted a full production. Gear seemed fine, and i got this older engineer. No access to live musicians, and only did virtual instruments, so they could get a higher cut of the fees. I was quoted on email for 10 hour two day blocks, and got 8 instead. They have a large high schools recording program called - Kool schools. As such they are a kids recording studio. They do not care, once i gave over the money, even though i was a female singer songwriter doing my first song. There was no compression, no mastering, no edits. I had to go elsewhere to finish it. They wanted me to finish it there for more $ than quoted. No thanks. Never again!
