Norton
Paid for a service whichwas not installed

Miscellaneous

In November, I decided to install some better protection for my computer. I agreed to a Norton installation, and paid by my Mastercard credit card. This was debited to my card account on22nd November being US $53.98 (Australian $90.00)
I have just had my computer in for a service/check up, and the technician advised me that I had no 'safety' on my computer, and no sign af any Norton Security products.
I have now another security device installed, and would like the return of my money, namely $90 Australian.
I shall not be reticent in informing others of my troubles.
I am an aged pensioner, and life is hard enough without this sort of problem, and the loss of my hard saved money.

Please reply promptly,

Wendy June Cotton
