Coles
Staff saying F-word to custome

Miscellaneous

I went into my local Coles store (Broadway, Sydney) last month with one of my friends. When we were looking for something at one side, a coles staff was putting up the items on the shelf at another side of the aisle. Somehow, we might have blocked his way, he stared at us and produced some noise with his mouth showing he was not happy. And I was a bit angry and looked at him. He shouted at us, spoke out the F-word and ran away. Is that bad enough? Not yet!

I went there again last night (09 Oct), unfortunately, I met the same staff again in one of the aisles. He stared at me and blocked my way out when I was walking through with my trolley. After I said "Excuse me", he shouted at me AGAIN and pushed my trolley away. Finally, the duty manager came over, got my detail and I complained the cases to him. The duty manager said that staff may lose his job.

This is a really really bad experience to me. Although Im not a big customer, I do always shop in that store and can be regarded as regular customer. Am I supposed to hide away when I see him again later?
