Continuously billing me despite request for closure and cancellation of account

I have requested closure for the account last October and it was very clear that it has already been approved. Yet I am continuously billed up to February and my bank account is being deducted. They do not want to close my account and continuously deduct money from my bank account. I have pleaded and called them but to no avail. I need help about this one.
