Unauthorized charges to account

I am being charged $66.62 for something I don't know about. I thought I was buying a cd about ebay for about 5 to 7 dollars. I will have to check my other account statements to see how long this has been happening. I don't want them to take anymore money from me its stealing. How do I stop it???
