Asking for amounts by threating

Hello,
We are service provider in India and Papa Wheeli is our client.
He is doing biggest scams. He used to outsource work and than he takes the code and than he finds problem in code and than claim money back.
It also happen with us. We have worked for him and than we have shown apdates to him and than he confirmed that he is happy with the work and deliver the code. Than we delivered the same code he founds error in code which was actually not there.
He will also cheat to his clients also. So never give work to such company and no one should take work as service provider from him. I do have proofs of this scammer with me. As he is sending me threating mails to me.

Really a scammer who acts as a company but a great scammer. Beaware to all those are working with him or going to work with him.
