In November I ordered over $400 worth of goods from Dino Direct (online store). I chased the whereabouts of the goods and they told me that our address was undeliverable. We are a business in Sydney's CBD and receive international packages everyday.
I have emailed them multiple times to either receive the goods or a refund and they have not responded.
It is now April and still no response from them. Their website makes it almost impossible to get in contact with them. There are no phone numbers to call which makes it increasingly frustrating. They are a scam that is for sure.
