I had three days trial from match.com website a couple of months ago. The time of the trial, the members and subscribers could read and reply my email. I have been subscribed last month to site for three months. Couple of days later I realized that non paid members cant read and reply my email. I did not get any response to my emails. I have complaint it to match.com. and they cancelled my membership end of the first month and refund me $19. I have paid $69 for three months. I have sent a messages to web site several times that they should pay at least $46 but they ignored my messages They gave false information at the trial and they have to refund full amount actually. Could anyone help me how can i complain the web site to consumer affairs in USA.Thanks. Don Clavijo
