I too have been bitten by x5 with broken goods, goods that are not what was displayed for auction, missing credit with their virtual credit (missing real credit), and missing goods.
They did make attempts to fix some problems but these attempts were often not totally satisfactory. Often they replaced items with others of a different type, size and quality.
When i showed x5 that i was not going to leave this alone they took all my account information off the site. When i approached them over previous difficulties i was having with this site they claimed to be approaching procedures manually through emails up untill the information disappeared.
I have complained that things had gotten very confusing and stressfull. It's been about six months dealing with x5 and a large amount of money wasted and poor comunication show they really dont do much to help.
I have months of emails back and forth to them showing the lack of help and requests for problems to be solved and also their replys.
