They stole my money and refused to send the product. Internet Internet

I purchases software from this company and it was supposed to download immediately. It not only did not download but when I contacted Menno Berndsen his response was that it was my fault and to not make a big deal of it. He said to give him more email names to send it to. He never sent my product to any of the email addresses and when I told him I was going to report him he stopped contact instead of trying to fix the problem. He simply stole my money and never gave me the products he promised.
