Frauded out of $100

I authorised $1 to be debited from my credit card for the google success kit..i never received any success kit and the company keeps debiting money from my credit card. I'm not sure what to do or how to get my money back... and considering how many other people have been frauded..why hasn't google or the police done something about it???
