The next day charged US$58, no product, forget trial period. How is one to follow their terms and conditions without the product.

You can call it scam or marketing tactics, give it any name you want, if it's unauthorised it's stealing, plain and simple. I'm still fighting it with the help of the bank, to all you Australians BEWARE - no free trial here, it'll cost you hundreds in the long run.
