Took payment via paypal and did not supply goods Perth Austraila

I have opened a claim with Paypal after no response and bounce back from my emails to both the Customer Services and contact email adress for uggfootwear-direct.com This is the most dishartening transaction I have ever been party to. Having been assured by Paypay that they were a "verified" company and Google a "sponsored link" it now appears this is very likely to be a fraudulent company. I am hopeful that as payment was made securely (which was over 100) via paypal it will carry an assurance of protection. I have only just registered my claim and understand that it may take 30 days for a resolutin. However I would be interested to know if anyone has had a statifactory outcome from either their order or claim for a refund.
