WILD LILY (empire)
STOLEN BUSINESS NAME

Wild Lily is a business name that sells jewellery accessories and handbags etc and has been registered since 1998. Recently in 1997... a new business called WILD LILY (empire) opened 2 shops in Nedlands and Leederville in the same state... They are basically using our name... What can we do about this please?
