Ripoff Erroneous $48.00 charge for free music downloads advertised at $1 per month

This is a medical discount company out of South Wales, Australia that claims the music download feature is just a link on their website that they do not support. However, they claim they can cancel my membership... bogus. In their defense, right above where it reads "$1.00 per month" it also reads "four year access." What is fraudulent about signing up for this is that never does it tell you an amount that your card will be charged nor does it have any licensing agreement to read or agree to. It takes your card information but never gives a transaction receipt.

Other websites at least tell you that if it's $2.00 per month and you sign for a year, you will be charged a one time fee of $24.00 - not this one. Also, beware that they take at least 15 business days (about 3 weeks) to refund your money if it's refunded at all. The request for a refund goes to a supervisor who decides whether or not it will be. This kind of practice infers to consumers that not only are they gullible and stupid but they will take money long enough to make interest on a large volume of people. My advice, go to a site with available fine print and customer service, even if the music costs more.
