My accouint has been blocked by you. I was having no problems with it. You did this with no consukltation and with great hardship as a consequence.
The problem is not your motive, but the incompetent manner in which you have done it, designed to maximise hardship and anger in your customers.
You blocked the account. Fair enough. Then you decideyou need to give me a "secret code" ...[Dearie dearie childish me!!!] ...but the way I have to recover the secret code is to go to an email address I've not used for years and for which I have no password, or have forgotten the password. You give me no alternative option... just an olkd email account I gace you many years ago!!
Then, having given me a useless email option to find a "secret code"... you make it impossible to contact you so we can discuss a solution. So... here I am making a complaint [without much confidence it will go anywhere but into a black hole] to an unknown quantity... while I am now on Day 6 of major disruption and penalty to my Lfe and family.
I am very angry.
