I placed an order on 14/05 (1001435507)
The details within the sale listed a wait time of 'up to 10 weeks' which took us through to 12/7. I dutifully waited my 10 weeks and then contacted the company again.
There I was told: Unfortunately, sometimes we experience delays outside of our control. We have been advised that all customers should receive their 'Karno digital scale' delivery no later than 27/07.

I had no desire to wait another 10 days. I'd waited long enough. I replied to this email and was ignored. I asked to cancel the order at least twice, again, I was ignored.

Then today, I get an email telling me I cannot cancel my order as my purchase has been shipped, a tracking number was provided. I looked up the tracking number and it stated the item was shipped on 16/7 - 4 days after the maximum promised delivery date.

Clearly I have been mislead, lied to and fed excuses, while they place an order with the company. I no longer want to be part of this experience. I don't want the item, I want a refund and I should not have to write the company in excess of 4 times for this to happen.

Keeping my money within the company in this way is not customer service, it amounts to theft. This is not the only complaint I shall be making and I will ensure everyone I know is told about your practices and ensure no one I know will ever use the site to give money for nothing.
