Scammed me out of money and wallet

I ordered a wallet from this seller (Michelle Vella of Mishmash Designs on etsy) on October 15th. I wait over a month, until November 19th. I tried to be patient, since it was coming from Australia. I never got it. I message the seller telling them this, she said she would send another this week.

I message them again on DECEMBER 17th telling them I still had not received it. They tell me they sent it on the 16th of December, almost an entire month since I told them I did not get the first one. If I was her, I would have sent out another one immediately, I guess everyone doesnt have the same standard for treating a customer.

Also, both of these times I politely asked her if she could e-mail me, telling me when the items were sent. She never did, I had to keep chasing her with e-mails to find out when my item was sent. It was ridiculous.

I waited until January 3rd to contact her again and tell her I havent gotten it so I want a refund. She said no I have to wait longer. In another week, I contacted her again. Then after exchanging several more e-mails, she tells me that she sent a 3rd wallet out. After I explicitly told her I wanted a refund and after the first two wallets never got here (if she even sent them). She then tells me that she will refund me in a few days.

After another week, I messaged her again asking about my refund literally saying I still havent received any wallet or refund and she told me not to be rude in response. I messaged her another week after that and I still have not received a refund from her and no answer.

So I am screwed out of my money thanks to this horrible seller who was the absolute worst I have dealt with in my life. She didnt listen to a single thing I typed to her, she didnt keep me updated, she insinuated that I was lying about never getting the wallets in the mailthe absolute nastiest person I have ever dealt with.
