Rippedoff and never even heard of the site Internet

I have been charged a number of times by a web site I have never even seen before and when you go to site there is no way to get out. They have a customer service e-mail spot that e-mails you back saying that it doesn't work.

There is no way to get a hold of anyone to get my money back and to cancel
