I signed up for a "free trial" on Feb 15. I never received a confirmation email with cancelation instructions as promides. I went to the pzest web site and attempted to cancel there but they had no record of my credit card.By the date of this writing (02-12), my credit card has been charged four times for a total of $138.00. My solution was to cancel the card and persue charge-backs with my bank.
