Ripoff billed my CC 29.99 and today 79.99 WTF!!

I have no idea what this company is. All I know is that I was billed 29.99 in December, and this month I was billed 79.99. I called my bank and cancelled my CC, then found the number for this company after some research, and called them.

I spoke to a guy who was very unprofessional swearing over the phone about his computer not working.. Anyways I told them I wanted a refund they said they would refund me both transactions, and cancel my subscription to a dating service in Australia. WTF would i want a dating service from way over there. I don't even need one here in the states.. So beware and we will see if they refund me my money. They said it will take 14 days, sometimes instantly.

If anyone else knows if we can press charges against this company let me know, I think we should... email me at through the rebutttal key. thanks
