Rep doesn't show up to delivery appointment for kids wheelchair

Have an appointment scheduled for delivery of kids wheelchair. No call no text to say not coming child has been waiting years for new wheelchair. Very unprofessional child disappointed hope they enjoy walking around this weekend on their legs be different story if this was them self or their family member. Would not recommend this company not first time issues have arisen of late. Last time I would ever make a purchase order from them
