Cancellation

I have ordered free trial and as soon as the order has been processed, the terms appeared saying that after 14 days i will be charged $89 . Which i have not authorised a direct debit for.

I have tried calling a few times but have been unable to get through.

I dont want to be charged $89 and would like to cancel but seems as though i am backed to the corner with this one.
