Scam artists

I ordered the free trial samples and to my surprise two months later these people have taken $600 from my credit card without letting me know!!!I called the number in the UK to be told that by not sending the free samples back I was approving these charges... What!!! I asked for a phone number to call the accounts department but they didn't have one, i asked for an email address... they didn't have one, I asked for a website to look up... again none, apparently I have to wait 48-72 hours for them to contact me with their decision on wether to refund me ot not, l I am guessing the answer will be NOT!!! I have written to the BBC watch dog and will be doing the same for the consumer fraud body in Australia, and the current affairs program in Aus to call attention to these scam artists. If anyone else has had any luck getting results from these people please let me know?
