Billing of account after sending product back within specified time

I have had this company. I spoke to a person via live email and they told me that if i sent my acaiburn product back within the specified time that i would not be billed anymore. This was four months ago (7/7/09) and they are still taking money out of my account. How do you stop these people and get my money back. I expressed my product back to a P.O.Box in Sydney. Please help me
