POOR QUALITY, BAD SRVICE

I ordered hair extensions from hairextensionsale.com, at first i had trouble with tracking item etc, which got me a little concerned, especially after reading many complaints about people not even reciving their product. I was constantly contacting them through their chat screen via the site... The site i went to, was au/hairextensionsale.com, this site has an australian toll free number, aswell as an address in australia, this led me to believe i was dealing with a company that was foriegn owned (the information given stated it was a US owned company) But had roots in my home country, leading me to believe that if something did go wrong, they would be bound by Australian consumer laws... All this information has turned out to be false!!! I recieved the product and was not at all happy with the previous service, nor the quality of the product, i am sure all of us clicked on their youtube links? I did, and was under the impression, from their description of their product, and the links, that i would recieve high quality HAIR, Instead i recieved, ratty, split end hair, with mixed colours etc, was not at all, full, soft or of any GOOD QUALITY, I however did have them applied (they were tape in extensions) The morning after i went in for a shower, and as SOON as water touched them they all fell out! Not only that the bonding they used for the extensions started coming apart! I am now left with Hair extensions, that are only worthy of the BIN!, I have since been in back and forth arguments with them about a refund, and they will not budge! DID you all know that the numbers they put on their site as contact, ARE not registered they may ring, but no one will ever pick up, its what scammers use to help them look legit, and easily contactable! I also recieved a phonecall from someone there who introduced themselves to me as Sheree, seems there is no sheree at the business, used a faulse name i am guessing so it would make it harder for me to track down and keep legitimate evidence against them, Oh and they also updated their site to only include anaddress in hong kong, as i pointed out to them the address is and has been for a joinery business! Also been disabled from commmenting on their FB page aswell, talk about something to hide!
