Found plastic in my yoghurt

I purchased a 6 pack of Coles branded variety mix yoghurt from the Northcote Plaza Coles Shopping Centre.
When eating the Peach, Mango and Passionfruit flavour, I was disgusted to find a long strip of transparent pale orange plastic (8.5cms in length) inside the yoghurt which i nearly swallowed.
As I buy this yoghurt for my seven year old, I was so thankful that it was I who opened this particular tub and not he as he could have easily choked.
I would expect this matter be fully investigated and product recalled if required as there would be many other children who consume this brand of yoghurt and needless to say, would be a disaste
