Dont understand chinese no blue tooth conectivity

i got the phone which was suppose to be a NOKIA E65 SERIES icould not connect too bluetooth connectivity i took it too a reputable nokia dealer who said it was not a NOKIA E 65 SERIES I TOOK IT TO TELECOM THEY SAID EXACTLY THE SAME THING to make things worse some of the programs are in chinese /I CANNOT READ ORUNDERSTAND CHINESE ..they know it was coming too an english speaking country istill need a real NOKIA E65 SERIES THE REAL IF ITS EXTRA I'LL PAY THE DIFFERENCE*****please advise i can not use it (TELL ME WHAT I HAVE TOO DO TERRY DOOLEY RIKI...
